Our Resources: |
Donna Spaziani and Karen Eldridge check in a new media kit. The media resource library includes VHS videotapes, DVD’s, digital media and multi-media learning kits. In addition to these curriculum-related materials, the library also contains a collection of programs that support staff and curriculum development.
All materials are subject-related and designed for specific grade levels K-12. These materials support NYS Learning Standards and are available to teachers in the 20 participating districts.

| What We Do: |
More than 7,100 titles are available in the media resource library. Our collection is reviewed annually, weeded and enhanced by media purchased through a state-wide consortium. This extensive library of VHS videotapes, DVD’s and kits may be searched through our on-line web/MAX catalog. Users may access digital media as well from EdVideo On-line (Powermedia Plus) directly through our catalog. A growing number of titles may also be streamed from our in-house server. The media resource library staff maintains a collection that is current and relevant to curriculum. We support a variety of media and delivery options for the users of this service. |
