Welcome to the Science Center
"A hands-on approach to science is made possible through the use of kits, which contain live material and other items designed to lead students through activities to develop concepts, inquiry skills, language arts skills and processes, and positive attitudes towards science. Training and demonstration lessons are also provided."

Goals:

1. Develop a regional, sequential continuum of K-8 science concepts as outlined in the NYS syllabus and the Intermediate Core Curriculum

2. Increase the capacity for students to reach the MST Standards through the development of activities that develop concepts, inquiry skills, language arts skills thinking processes, and positive attitudes towards science.
