ClearTrack 200
ClearTrack 200 is a Student Management System designed to manage special education needs. It is fully web-based and provides school districts with many unique features that help manage their special education student population.
ClearTrack 200 features include:
- 24/7 accessibility from any computer connected to the internet with no additional software required on the user's computer
- Full security that is customizable to meet administrator, clerical, and teacher needs
- Tools for developing state compliant IEPs that include customizable entry forms, the NYS Education Department's guidance document and convenience tools such as: spell check, coded comments and customizable goal banks
- Over 100 reports are currently available in ClearTrack; additionally, the ability to create custom reports and queries exist within the program
- Ability to electronically submit state PD reports
- Ability to track 504 students and academic intervention service students
- Ability to transfer data between various student management systems (i.e. SASI)
- SIF compliant
AIS EDGE
We also offer AIS Edge to current ClearTrack subscribers at no additional cost. AIS Edge makes it easier and faster for districts to identify, plan, track and report on their students that are at risk of not achieving New York State Learning
