Medicaid Reimbursement Service

GST BOCES Computer Services Center offers a Medicaid Billing Reimbursement Service whereby we provide the coordination, support, and billing functions for school districts. Reimbursement is for the school supportive health services provided to Medicaid eligible students with disabilities.

Authorized district personnel have the ability to view district billing reports via the web. Web reports are located at the CNYRIC website under Web Applications.

Guidelines adhered to are set forth by the New York State Education Department (SED) in collaboration with the Department of Health (DOH). School districts receive fifty percent (50%) of the federal funds recovered, of which twenty-five percent (25%) will be new/additional funds to the district.
