Equipment Repair Service

GST BOCES Computer Services Center offers a comprehensive Repair Service for Audio Visual/Electronic and Micro Computer equipment. Equipment covered under this service includes but is not limited to overheads, digital projectors, VCRs, TVs, digital displays, cameras, computers, printers, and PDAs. Should there be an item not listed we are always willing to take a preliminary look to see if it is possible that a repair can be made.

In addition to equipment repair this service also offers:

Television Receiving and Distribution System Support
AV/Electronic Equipment Annual Preventative Maintenance
Ceiling Mounted Projector Design: This was developed to assist the districts to specify proper equipment needed to have data projectors mounted in the ceiling. This service includes the design and layout of room, a list of materials needed for installation, wiring diagram and room layout diagram for installers to reference. The final setup includes assistance and/or consultation needed to complete installation, testing and calibration.

We are a member of the Dell Warranty Reimbursement Program. Currently we have three Dell Certified Technicians. They perform warranty repairs on qualified incidents. During the past six years we have been reimbursed $61,210 for repairing 1,102 items. All warranty reimbursements are returned to districts in their end of year refunds.
