GST BOCES offers a comprehensive Student Management Service (SMS) that utilizes SASI software. SASI is information management software that assists school districts in collecting and storing data to meet district reporting requirements. SASI also gives us the ability to create user defined atoms to track other information the district needs such as the unique reporting requirements of SED's state data warehousing.

Other available products include Classxp (teacher/classroom attendance), Integrade Pro (teacher gradebook), Schedule Pro (master schedule builder) and Parent Connect (allows parents to access their students grades, attendance etc.) Both Integrade Pro and Parent Connect are web-based.

We also offer custom programming applications such as Foster Care Tracking and Billing, Transcripts and Web-based elementary report card. Along with custom programming we have written over 200 reports outside of the SASI reports, as the districts request.
