Your Textbook on the World Wide Web

To access your textbook online go to:

http://www.glencoe.com/sec/socialstudies/ose/national.html

Type in the user name and password that your teacher has given you in class.

You will also need to have a program called Adobe Acrobat reader - This is a free program and can be downloaded at:

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Please take the time to read and follow the directions for downloading this free program.  You may want to have your parents help you with this.

Other notes:

1.  When you open the textbook online it will probably take some time if you have a dial-up connection.  You will need to be patient.

2.  You will not be able to print pages however you can save chapters and sections to disk for later review. 

3.  Please be advised that if you are having any technical difficulties with this program you are still responsible for completing the assignment!
