Our Leisure Learning classes are designed with the community in mind! We offer classes in areas of personal interest as well as health and fitness. Leisure education provides an individual the opportunity to enhance their quality of life while gaining knowledge in activities that they might not have otherwise considered.

Health & Fitness
If you enjoy the water, laughing and exercising to music, this class is for you! Water aerobics is recommended for anyone with joint issues. Doctors often recommend water exercise to take the pressure off the joints while still raising your heart rate. Men and women of all ages are welcome!
This one-hour class is a fun-filled exercise program in the water. We start out with stretching and warm-up and then really get moving to get a good cardio workout. Special attention is paid to cool-down, stretching and relaxation at the end of the class. Each week is unique, and you are guaranteed to have fun while exercising!
