Is it really confidential? Will it affect my work record?

At one time or another, each of us may need some extra help to sort out the cares and concerns that affect our health and happiness. Unresolved personal issues can also undermine your performance at work and ultimately jeopardize your job. Understanding this, the EAP offers its clients confidential assistance. Your participation is voluntary and will in no way reflect on your personnel record. You are in no way obligated to follow the suggestions of the specialist.
