It is that time of year again as our annual clothing drive and book sale are about to begin! The Clothing shopping day will be on May 4 and 5, and we will be accepting clothes up until May 3. The book sale will begin the week of May 8 and will accept books up until that time.
Every year, the students of Phoenix Academy get the opportunity to shop for all the clothing that is donated through people in our school and general community. Our kids benefit from this as they are always in need of clothing and do not get the opportunity to shop! With that being said, we are looking for clothing donations of all kinds starting after spring break on APRIL 10! Men's and children's clothing tends to be the areas that we lack but we will take it all. Please bring it to the main office and let them know it is for Abbie Mcgurgan or Mikenna Robinson and students will organize it and get it ready for the big day.
We would also like to announce the week of May 8 will be the annual book sale! All the proceeds go to the Steph Davis scholarship fund that promotes kindness in students. We will be accepting books up until that week. more information will come out at a later date on pricing and timing but please bring donations to Building 1 Phoenix Academy main office and ask to leave them for Abbie Mcgurgan or Mikenna Robinson.
